Terms of Service

Eligibility

Access is limited to people aged 18 or over who are legally able to form a binding contract in their country.

Activity carried out through your account is treated as yours, so your credentials should not be shared.

Credits and billing

Usage is funded by credits, purchased in individual packs. No subscription exists and no payment recurs automatically.

Purchased credits remain valid indefinitely. They carry no monetary value, are not exchangeable for cash, and cannot move between accounts.

Where a job fails through a fault on our side, its credits are restored automatically. Credits consumed by a result you were simply unhappy with are not returned.

Pricing may be revised at any time, without effect on purchases already completed.

Prohibited use

Material depicting, or appearing to depict, anyone below the age of 18 is absolutely forbidden, whether uploaded or generated. Such activity is reported where we are required to report it.

Identifiable individuals must not be uploaded without their agreement, and sexual depictions of real people must never be produced without their consent.

The service must not be used unlawfully, to harass, to impersonate, or to manufacture material designed to mislead.

Interfering with, overloading, probing or evading the limits of the service is prohibited, as is reselling access.

Rights in your material

Ownership of what you upload does not pass to us. Output you generate is yours, commercial use included, so far as the law permits.

You grant us a narrow licence to store and process your uploads and outputs, solely to operate the service and return results to you.

By uploading, you confirm you are entitled to do so and that the material infringes no law and no third party’s rights.

Service availability

The service is supplied on an as-available basis. No guarantee is given as to uptime, speed, or the suitability of any particular output.

Features may be altered, paused or retired. Advance notice will be given for significant changes where that is practical.

Limits on liability

So far as the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, or lost data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the total you paid us during the three months preceding the relevant event.

Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is unaffected by this section.

Suspension and closure

You are free to stop using the service and to delete your account whenever you wish.

Accounts in breach of these terms may be suspended or closed, and any unused credits on them are forfeited.

Amendments

These terms may be amended. The version in force is always the one published at this address, dated at the top. Continued use after an amendment signifies acceptance.
